Yoga and meditation create space for you to discover your true self, your intuition, and inner harmony.
My yoga and movement sessions are designed to assist you in flowing with the energetic, emotional, and spiritual waves of life. Together we quiet the mind, find calmness and relaxation, and balance your energy — enabling you to create space and awareness in your life, develop habits for dealing with difficult situations, set intentions for releasing what no longer serves you, and calling in those things that support the highest and the best.
Sessions range from chakra balancing, honoring the new and full moons, solstices and other astrological occurrences, developing resilience and patience, and many other themes based on what is intuitively felt and needed at the time.
Often in these sessions, we plant the seeds for future growth while reaping the immediate benefits of reduced stress and anxiety, improved mood, better sleep, enhanced self-awareness, and increased focus and creativity.
